* Only trained, competent and authorized persons will be used to carry out tasks.

In case where it is not economically viable to repair a full report will be compiled and forwarded to the client.
Service records for all assets will be kept to determine frequency of breakdowns and the cost of maintenance.
Only original or supplier approved spares will be used, strictly no second hand spares will be installed.
An asset register will be compiled for the client for all equipment that would have been serviced and maintained for the contract duration.
Every effort will be made to ensure that no existing equipment or infrastructure is damaged.

A service level agreement will exist between Meneso Consulting and the client documenting services to be provided and the service standards as defined by the client. Turnaround times will be agreed upon appointment and the client will determine the penalties if we don't meet deadlines and specified standards.
